BHUBANESWAR: A Low Pressure Area has formed over central and adjourning North Bay of Bengal.
The associated cyclonic circulation extends upto mid-tropospheric levels tilting southwestwards with height.
It is likely to become more marked and move northwestwards towards #Odisha coast during next 2 days
Meanwhile, Monsoon Seasonal cumulative rainfall, realized during 1st June to 18th July 2024 is 288.3mm against its normal value of 394.1mm.
During the period 13 districts- Normal, 1 district- Large Deficient & rest 16 districts were in the Deficient category.
