BHUBANESWAR: On the occasion of the 76th Capital Foundation Day of Bhubaneswar, the flag of the capital was hoisted this morning by placing flowers on the plaque in front of the Odisha Legislative Assembly. State Chief Secretary Pradeep Kumar Jena was the chief guest on the occasion.
State Director General of Police Arun Kumar Shadangi, Commissioner of Police, Mr. Sanjeev Panda, BMC Commissioner Mr. Rajesh Prabhakar Patil, Director Information and Public Relations Department Saroj Kumar Samal and other invited senior officers and staff of the Capital Foundation Day Celebration Committee were present as the guests of honor in the event.
