CUTTACK/BHUBANESWAR: Despite heavy rains and bad weather condition, as per the direction of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, Secretary to CM(5T) VK Pandian on Monday morning rushed to Cuttack and reviewed various on-going developmental projects.
