    RAJKANIKA/ KENDRAPARA(ODISHA): From Satya Narayan Pradhan of 1988 batch (Jharkhand Cadre) to Arun Bothra, IPS officer of 1996 batch (Odisha Cadre) to Amitabh Thakur of 1998 batch (Odisha Cadre) to  Dipanshu Vijay Kabra IPS of 1997 batch (Chhattigarh Cadre) to Sanjay Kumar , IPS officer of 1997(Odisha Cadre), these IPS officers silently works behind India’s Fight against COVID-19.     Satya Narayan Pradhan of 1988 batch of Jharkhand Cadre is presently, DG, National Disaster Response Force(NDRF), is a native of Odisha while  1996 batch Odisha Cadre IPS, Arun Bothra is presently CMD, OSRTC with additional Charge of MD CRUT and Amitabh Thakur of 1998 batch of Odisha Cadre, is IGP (Operations) and heads Odisha Home Department’s Control Room on COVID-19.Dipanshu Vijay Kabra IPS of 1997 batch of Chhattigarh Cadre is IG Bilaspur range and Sanjay Kumar , IPS officer of 1997 of Odisha Cadre, is IG of SSB’s Bihar Sector.

Narayan Pradhan of 1988 batch (Jharkhand Cadre), is presently, DG, National Disaster Response Force(NDRF), is a native of Odisha has been working overtime for safety of people. Originally hailing from Sri Ganganagar in Rajasthan, Bothra, the 1996-batch IPS officer, helped the mother of an autistic child in Mumbai procure camel milk from Rajasthan.

    Odisha cadre IPS officer deployed in Patna put on his Samaritan’s hat and reunited a 12-year-old boy stranded in a park in Delhi with his parents, who were in Patna.IPS officer Sanjay Kumar, who is serving as the Inspector general (IG) of the Bihar’s  Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), collaborated with India Cares, an initiative of IPS officer Arun Bothra, for the same.

    2 Chhattigarh women working as labourers stuck in Delhi after being fired from the job and abandoned by labourers’ group had returned home with the efforts of Bilaspur Inspector General of Police Dipanshu Kabra got information about women stranded via Twitter. The IGP arranged tickets for them to board the train from Delhi to Bilaspur and other logistics required.

    Amitabh Thakur of 1998 batch of Odisha Cadre, is IGP (Operations) and heads Odisha Home Department Control Room on COVID-19, lost his father-in-law, former IFS officer KS Rajhansa and family friend Bollywood Actor Sushant Singh Rajput in a span of 2 months but never took a single ay of break. For Thakur’s pro-active role , lakhs of migrants getting timely help during COVID-19 lockdown.
