BHUBANESWAR: 43 Per Cent Voting in 2nd phase of Odisha Rural Polls till 12 pm .Elderly voters were seen escorted by police forces to polling booths with voting for the 2nd phase of the 5 phases Odisha Panchayat and Zilla Parishad polls continues peacefully baring few incidents of violence on Friday.
Voting continues since 7 am and will continue till 1 pm, for 186 Zilla Parishad zones of 68 blocks in all 30 districts at 20,436 booths in 1,514 Panchayats across the State.
