Jena is presently Development Commissioner, Additional Chief Secretary RD , Special Relief Commissioner and MD of Odisha State Disaster Mitigation Authority.
32 years in IAS service, Jena never compromised his basic principle of team work spirit and timely intervention into issues relating to either administration or general public.
The 1988 batch IAS officer earned huge praise during last several natural disaster , most known, 1999 super cyclone.
