BHUBANESWAR: As many as 3 IPS Officers were on Friday got new posting in Odisha on recommendation of Election Commission of India.
As per the ECI direction, 2009 batch IPS Officer Brijesh Kumar Rai has been posted as SP Rourkela while 2008 batch IPS Officer Umashankar Dash is new SP , Angul and 2008 batch IPS officer Prakash R posted as DCP, Cuttack.
The ECI has directed Odisha Chief Secretary in this regard and asked for a compliance report to the Commission.
