BHUBANESWAR: The Odisha Government on Sunday appointed 1999 batch IAS officer, NBS Rajput, who just returned from Central posting, as Secretary to State Governor Raghubar Das with immediate effect.
Incumbent Secretary to Governor, 1996 batch IAS officer, Saswat Mishra has been posted as Principal Secretary Finance Department with additional charge as Principal Secretary Energy Department and Chairman OSSSC, General Administration and Public Grievances Department said in a notification.
