1993 batch IAS Officer Nikunja Bihari Dhal relieved from Odisha, to join as Officer on Special Duty in the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs

BHUBANESWAR:   Odisha Government has relived Nikunja Bihari Dhal, a 1993 batch IAS officer , who was appointed as the Officer on Special Duty (OSD) in the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs.

These appointments are effective immediately, with  Dhal set to assume the full responsibilities of Secretary, Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs, on July 1, 2025.
