BHUBANESWAR: As many as 166 COVID-19 positive patients of the total of 672 have been recovered so far till Friday afternoon in Odisha, officials said. 8 fresh cases recovered, 4 are from Jajpur, 2 from Bhadark and 1 each from Balasore and Keonjhar, taking the tally to 672. The patients are being discharged from COVID-19 hospitals while 3 including 1 from Ganjam and 2 from Khurda have been died so far.
Earlier, with fresh 48 cases tested positive for COVID-19 in Odisha taking the total count of cases in the state to 672. The fresh cases are from Ganjam (12), Balasore (12) and Jajpur (2) Bhadrak (6), Sundergarh (1), Puri (10), Nayagarh (3), Deogarh ( 1) and Cuttack (1). Contact tracing and follow-up action is underway.
