BHUBANESWAR:1 Triple Storyed Building,1 Market Complex-Gym, 1 Kalyan Mandap, 4 PLots, Gold 175 Grams unearthed during Vigilance raids on Rabindra Kumar Barik, Junior Accountant, office of DM, OSCSC Ltd in Sundargarh .
Barik entered into Government service in November 1995 as Junior Accountant in CSO Bhadrak with monthy salary of Rs 5,400.
During house searches so far, the following assets have been unearthed in the name of Sri Barik and his family members;
1. One triple storeyed residential building *with area 3550 Sqft.* located at Gopalgaon, Balasore.
2. One triple storeyed market complex & Gym *with area 6300 Sqft*. at Gopalgaon, Balasore. Given on rent to Hotel, Real Estate Office & Gym.
3. One Kalyan Mandap *with area 8900 Sqft.* at Balasore.
4. *4 valuable plots in & around Balasore town*. Details are below;
i) One plot vide No.540/1915/2037, Khata No.187/1032 with area Ac 0.04 dcml. at Gopalgaon, Balasore.
ii) One plot vide No.435/1658/1741, Khata No.187/823 with area Ac 0.04 dcml. at Gopalgaon, Balasore.
iii) One plot vide No.382/1890/3743, Khata No.329/2337 with area Ac 0.0227 dcml. at Mauza-Srikanthapur, Balasore.
iv) One plot vide No.382/2013/3742, Khata No.329/2336 with area Ac 0.0176 dcml. at Mauza-Srikanthapur, Balasore.
The measurement and valuation/assessment of the above buildings/Kalyan Mandap/ plots are being carried out by Vigilance Technical Wing.
5.*Gold approx 175 grams*.
6. Bank, Postal deposits and other investments etc. are being ascertained.
7. 1 four wheeler (KA Sonet) and 02 two wheelers.
Today i.e. on 22.12.2025, on the allegation of possession of disproportionate assets( DA) by Sri Rabindra Kumar Barik, Jr. Accountant, office of DM, OSCSC Ltd., Sundargarh, simultaneous house searches are being conducted by Odisha Vigilance led by 3 DSPs, 6 Inspectors, and other supporting staff on the strength of search warrants issued by Hon’ble Special Judge, Vigilance, Balasore at his following 5 places in Balasore and Sundargarh districts. 
(1) Residential Triple storyed Building in Gopalgaon, Balasore
(2) Triple storeyed market complex & Gym at Gopalgaon, Balasore.
(3) Kalyan Mandap at Balasore.
(4) His office at Sundargarh.
(5) Rented residential house at Sundargarh.
