BARGARH/BALANGIR: Chief Secretary Asit Tripathy and 5T secretary VK Pandian have visited Balangir and Bargarh districts in western Odisha and reviwed the COVID-19 situation in these 2 districts.
“Chief Secretary and Secy to CM (5T) visited and reviewed Covid situation in Balangir & Bargarh. They visited the dedicated #Odisha Covid Hospitals being set up to treat #COVID19 patients. The 200-bed facility in #Balangir is already functional and a 200-bed facility in #Bargarh will be ready soon,” the CMO said.
“These standalone hospitals will treat Covid patients free of cost. They also reviewed the resumption of livelihood, agricultural and allied activities, MGNREGA and & law & order preparedness,” CMO twitted.
The two officials will also visits to other districts such Sonepur and Kandhamal later in the to check the COVID hospitals there and to talk to the district level officers to take stock of corona situations in these districts.
