TALCHER/KANIHA: An ambulance has been handed over to District Headquarter Hospital, Angul under CSR initiative by NTPC Kaniha in a function held on 08/08/2017 at Collector Office.
The ambulance was handed over to Dr Basant Panda ,CDMO, Angul, in the august presence of Dr. Anil Kumar Samal, Collector, Angul,Srinivas Behera, ADM, Angul & Lakshmi Narayan Bisoi, ADMO, Angul Hospital.After handing over the ambulance , Collector,Angul flagged off the vehicle for public service.
The ambulance will cater the medical needs of the local residents of Angul. The ambulance is equipped with A/c, Stretcher & First AID materials. This is a noble initiative by NTPC Kaniha to strengthen the medical infrastructure facilities of Angul District Hospital.
The programme was also graced by A. K. Tripathy, GM(O&M), K. S. Sarma, AGM(HR), A. K. Kamilla, AGM(EMG&AU), Jakir Khan, DGM(HR) & M. V. Rao, Officer(CSR) of NTPC Kaniha.
