JSP Foundation Receives “India CSR Award 2022” for best CSR in Sustainable Healthcare

BHUBANESWAR:  The JSP Foundation, the CSR Arms of Naveen Jindal led Jindal Steel and Power has received the prestigious “India CSR Award 2022” for best CSR in Sustainable Healthcare during 13th India CSR Leadership Summit held at PHD Chamber in New Delhi by India CSR Network.

Shri Prashanta Kumar Hota, President & Head (Group CSR), and Head Corporate Communications, JSP received the Award from Dr Shalini Rajneesh, Additional Chief Secretary, Karnataka at 13th India CSR Leadership Summit held at PHD Chamber in New Delhi by India CSR Network.

The daylong summit witnessed some of the most inspiring minds across sectors and themes shared their vision and experience on converging efforts for social good.

It may be noted here that the JSP through its social arm JSP Foundation has been undertaking sustainable healthcare initiatives ranging from medical vans, telemedicine & Covidcare centres, health camps, free eye surgery, multispeciality hospitals & programs like Kishori Express to eliminate anemia in girls.

Recently, JSP had been honoured with FICCI CSR Special Commendation Award for its fight against the COVID-19 pandemic in the Country. Shri Arjun Munda,  Union Tribal Affairs Minister,, presented the prestigious award to Shri Prashanta Kumar Hota, President & Head (Group CSR), JSP, during the FICCI CSR Summit and Awards held at New Delhi on December 12, 2022.
