CHOUDWAR/BHUBANESWAR:Indian Metals and Ferro Alloys Limited, Choudwar received the prestigious “Kalinga Safety Award” in the 8th Odisha State Safety Conclave 2017 , Organised by Institute of Quality and Environment Management Servises (IQEMS) on 10th Nov 2017.
Bijayananda Mohapatra , Senior Vice President, Head Power Business Unit and Executive In Charge received the gold category Kalinga Safety Award on behalf of IMFA from Governor Dr SC Jamir in presence of Mrs. Anu Garg , High Commissioner South Africa, Director -DGFASLI based on best safety performance for the year 2016.
Speaking on the occasion to our employees, Mohapatra said, we owned the best safety award due to the combine effort of all our employees by giving priority to safety. IMFA believes to go beyond compliance, to create a culture in which all from individual to workforce own safety through best practices. He congratulates all our employees for adopting the safety practice as well as advised to take more and more initiative for safety in future.
