IMFA-BIPF holds Health Camp for Tribal people in Odisha’s Jajpur

SUKINDA/KALIAPANI: Bansidhar & Ila Panda Foundation the CSR wing of IMFA ( Sukinda & Mahagiri MInes) organised the 3rd General Health Camp at a very interior tribal village Deogaon UP School in Chingudipal GP, Sukinda Block for the general public on Thursday. Total 307 patients women, children, old people and other villagers were treated by the doctors, paramedical staffs and free medicines distributed.

The camp was conducted in presence of Nilendra Pradhan- Sarapanch Chingudipal Panchayat, Bhagabati Mohanta, Ex Chairperson- Sukinda Block, Giridhari Pradhan, Head Master, Deogaon UP School, Jagan Mohan Mallick, SR Manager- IMFA PR Dept.

Dr. Jaydeb Nanda-Chief Medical Officer, Sukinda CHC, Ayurveda Dr. Madan Gopal Sahoo- Kuhika PHC, Dr. Sidhartha Priyadarshi from Tata Medica- Duburi, Mr. Mahendra Mohanty Malaria technician- Sukinda CHC, Imfa in-house Dr. Sabyasachi Mohapatra and Dhaneswar Behera- Pharmacist, Bansidhar Mohanty- Laboratory technician along with local Anganwadi Didi and Asha Didi etc.

Total 307 patients viz. women, children, old people and other villagers were treated by the doctors and free medicines were distributed. Blood test done for suspected malaria with 15 no patients found negative.

Deogaon and local social workers Pankaj Charan Malla and Jagamohan Patra helped in the camp. The entire camp was successfully organized by BIPF and Public Relation department of IMFA. Milan Ranjan Kar, Sr officer PR dept. organised the camp in cooperation with Deepak Mohanty, Program officer, Purna Mohanta, Hemalata Mohanta, Sambhu nath Naik- mobilsers from BIPF for the successful functioning of the camp. IMFA Branch Committee union members Bharat Rout, Deepak Maharana, Jay Prakash Sahoo, Rajesh Karua have also cooperated in the camp.The health camp by IMFA and BIPF was well appreciated by the local people.
