BHUBANSWAR: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Tuesday inaugurated multi-speciality Utkal Hospital and its Comprehensive Oncology Centre in Bhubaneswar.
CM Patnaik hoped that the new Oncology Centre will expand access to advanced cancer care in the region and cater to the requirement of needy people.
