TALCHER/KANIHA: Swaach Pakhwada organised at NTPC Kaniha was organised recently at NTPC Talcher Kaniha. In order to create awareness on Swachta among the employees and their family members and CISF personnel various activities were held.
During the fortnight observance of Swaachta programme i.e Mass Swactcha Pledge was administrated by Head of the Station among employees, Workshop on Cleanliness was organised for employees and Essay competition on role of students of Swaach Bharat was organised , Painting competition for children , Swaach Walk followed by mass cleaning of NTPC Kaniha weekly market was done by senior officials and employees, tree plantation by school children & Nukkad Drama on “Importance of toilets for women and hygiene” was organised.
Apart from above mentioned activities , employees were intimated to implement digitization of office records , proper disposal of old files ,old and non usable vehicles, regular cleaning of station ,toilets and disposal bins ,whitewashing and cleaning of office space.
